Bacon Parmesan Biscuits
Ingredients:
2 cups cornmeal
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup bacon drippings
1/2 cup beef broth
Directions:
1. Combine flour, cornmeal, and cheese in medium-size bowl.
2.
Stir in bacon drippings until mixture is crumbly.
3.
Stir in broth until well mixed.
4.
Roll dough out to 1/2 inch and cut into shapes.
5.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
6.
Bake at 300 F for 45 minutes.
7.
Cool on rack.
8.
Store in refrigerator
